Massive AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon outage for US customers traveling abroad

AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon have confirmed that their customers are experiencing intermittent issues while traveling overseas. The outage is attributed to an international third-party communications provider called Syniverse, which manages international roaming connections for various carriers. The cause of the issue has not been disclosed.
